Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. - Design electrical distribution systems, power management infrastructure, and backup power solutions for data center facilities, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Develop single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and detailed design documentation using industry-standard CAD software and design tools
- Perform load calculations, power flow analysis, and thermal modeling to optimize electrical system performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant electrical codes, standards (NFPA 70, IEC),



and data center industry best practices
- Coordinate seamlessly with mechanical, civil, and IT teams to integrate electrical systems with cooling, structural, and operational requirements
- Evaluate and select electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, and distribution panels, based on project specifications and performance criteria
- Conduct comprehensive design reviews and provide technical recommendations to improve system reliability, resilience, and overall value
- Prepare technical specifications, bills of materials, and project documentation for procurement and construction phases
- Support commissioning activities, testing procedures, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in data center electrical design and energy efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
