Job Summary

We are seeking a highly resourceful and innovative Core PHP Developer with expertise in ERP, CRM, and HRMS systems, and a strong understanding of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) features. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing our ERP applications, ensuring seamless integration of AI-driven functionalities to improve efficiency and user experience. This role involves working across the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and collaborating with product owners and managers to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, identify, and refactor quality features for ERP, CRM, and HRMS applications using Core Object-Oriented PHP, Laravel, NodeJS, MySQL, and AJAX.
- Integrate AI tools and features into ERP/CRM systems, such as AI-driven resume screening, predictive analytics, AI chatbots for HR queries, automated candidate screening, and AI-based performance tracking.
- Participate actively in the complete System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, product owners, and managers, providing feedback and guidance to ensure project success.
- Design and manage database schemas,



ensuring data integrity and efficient retrieval.
- Build and maintain robust, scalable, and user-friendly ERP applications, including modules for Finance, Examinations, Fees, Admission, LMS, Lead Generation, HR, Leave, and Payroll Management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in PHP development, ERP systems, and AI integration, and apply this knowledge to enhance our products.

Qualifications

- Skills: Core PHP, Laravel, NodeJS, MySQL, AJAX, ERP product development, database design, SDLC, Angular 5, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computers or Diploma in Computers.
- Attributes: Innovative, resourceful, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, ability to work productively in a team, proactive, and detail-oriented.
