Hair Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hair Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to educate stylists and salon staff on new techniques, products, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and update training curriculum for hair styling, cutting, coloring, and product knowledge.
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical guidance to trainees.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair industry trends, techniques, and product innovations.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure training aligns with company goals.
- Maintain training records and manage training schedules.




- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Salon Manager.
- Demonstrated experience in training or educating others.
- Expertise in various hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
- Solid understanding of hair care products and their application.
- Certification in hairdressing or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training events.
