We are looking for a Junior Word Press Developer to support the development and maintenance of our marketing website and digital campaign assets. This role suits someone with solid Word Press fundamentals who is eager to grow within a marketing-focused technology team.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, update, and maintain Word Press pages and landing pages using established themes and page builders (Elementor / Gutenberg)
- Implement design changes and UI updates as directed by the Senior Developer or UI/UX Designer
- Set up and configure Word Press plugins for forms, SEO, analytics, and performance
- Assist in integrating third-party tools (Hub Spot forms, GTM, GA4) into website pages
- Identify and resolve front-end bugs, broken links, and performance issues
- Support website content updates, image optimisation, and page publishing
- Maintain version control hygiene using Git and follow established development workflows
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Word Press development experience
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Java Script basics, and PHP fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg block editor
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and basic analytics setup
- Understanding of website performance basics: image optimisation, caching plugins, Core Web Vitals
- Experience with Git version control
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical briefs accurately
- Positive communication skills — able to flag blockers and update project status proactively
