Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BDA role based in New Delhi. The Business Development Associate will engage with prospective learners and parents, explain Coding Blocks programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. The role involves managing leads, conducting follow-up calls and meetings, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and achieving admission and revenue targets.

The BDA will coordinate with the teaching and marketing teams to support events, seminars, and campaigns that promote Coding Blocks courses.



The position also includes gathering feedback from learners, identifying opportunities for growth, and contributing to the improvement of sales processes and student experience.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with students, parents, and partners.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including lead management, negotiation, and closing admissions or service deals.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on understanding learner needs and providing transparent, helpful guidance on course options.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or lead-tracking software to manage data and follow-ups efficiently.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; prior experience in education sales, counseling, or EdTech business development is an advantage.
- Comfort with presenting in seminars or webinars and participating in outreach events at colleges or training centers.
