Role Description The Food and Beverage Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and execution of food and beverage programs within the hotel, ensuring high standards of service, product quality, and guest satisfaction.
Day-to-day tasks include overseeing food service operations, collaborating with culinary and service teams to refine menus and offerings, monitoring guest feedback, and helping implement promotional activities that enhance F&B; revenue. The specialist will work closely with management to maintain compliance with brand standards and local regulations,



optimize operational efficiency, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive dining environment.

The position involves regular interaction with guests, team members, and stakeholders to ensure a consistent and memorable F&B; experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage knowledge, with experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Culinary Skills or a foundational understanding of kitchen operations, menu concepts, and food quality standards.
- Relevant experience in hospitality or F&B; roles, preferably in a hotel or branded restaurant setting.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and quality assurance standards is an advantage.
