Job Description
Role Overview: The Dealer Funding Operations team supports financing provided to automobile dealers for purchasing vehicle inventory. The role ensures smooth loan processing, accurate documentation, timely repayments, and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dealer funding (inventory financing) operations from loan disbursement to closure
- Coordinate with dealers, OEMs, and internal teams for smooth operation
- Monitor dealer credit limits, stock levels, and funding utilization
- Process dealer loan disbursements, repayments, and account reconciliation
- Handle dealer repayment adjustments, receipt allocation, and outstanding tracking
- Prepare and process eNACH mandates for automated loan repayment
- Ensure all loan documents (Loan Agreement, KFS, etc.) are complete and accurate
- Track pre-disbursement and post-disbursement documents
- Complete statutory registrations such as ROC and CERSAI
- Monitor overdue accounts and identify potential credit or operational risks
- Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Work closely with Sales, Credit, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to resolve issues
- Support system improvements by preparing BRDs, participating in UAT, and driving process automation
- Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards for management
Preferred Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in Dealer Funding, Inventory Funding, Wholesale Lending, or Operations within an NBFC, Bank, or Captive Finance company
- Experience in dealer financing PV/ CV/ CE is preferred
- Good understanding of loan operations, reconciliations, documentation, and compliance
- Knowledge of ROC, CERSAI, eNACH, and NBFC regulations is an advantage
- Solid communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and operational reporting tools
