Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls across India, engaging with potential clients, and converting them into long-term partners for SNNYLO's health and wellness offerings, including IV drip solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls on a daily basis to clients across Pan India.
- Communicate with doctors,
clinics, wellness centers, and potential partners.
- Educate and convince clients about IV drip therapies and their benefits for health and wellness.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in healthcare/wellness).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic understanding of health & wellness products (IV therapy knowledge is a plus).
- Comfortable with making high-volume calls daily.
