We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Sales Associate with a proven background in international sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have worked with clients across the US, UK, and Australia and possess exceptional communication and sales skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients across the US, UK, and Australian markets.
- Maintain a daily target of 70+ outbound calls, along with consistent follow-ups through email and text messages.
- Generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Handle end-to-end sales conversations, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experience.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Mandatory Skills
- Previous experience in International Voice Process (US, UK,
and/or Australia markets).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral/global accent.

- 3–6+ years of experience in international sales or business development.
- Experience working with B2B or B2C international clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
