We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts department, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of accounts
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance
- Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

- MBA in Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
