Position Overview:

The Sr. Executive - General Ops. Mgmt. Security is responsible for implementing and monitoring all physical and shipment security operations at the Corporate Office, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols, fire safetymeasures,andSOPs. Theroleinvolvesoverseeingday-to-daysecurityactivities,coordinatingwithcontractedstaff, monitoring surveillance systems,and supporting emergencypreparedness initiativestosafeguard people, premises,and assetswhilemaintainingasafe,compliant,andsecureenvironment.

Job Purpose:





Toensure the effective implementationand monitoring ofsecurity and fire safety measures in the Corporate Office,thereby safeguardingemployees,assets,andshipmentswhileensuringcompliancewithorganizationalpoliciesandregulatory guidelines.

Key Roles&Responsibilities;:

Physical&Shipment; Security

ImplementalldefinedphysicalandshipmentsecurityactivitiesasperSOPsandguidelines.

. Monitor CCTV footage,securityregisters, and asset/vehicular movement to detect suspicious or fraudulentactivity.

. Ensuretimelyclosureofsecurity-relatedcasessuchasthefts,pilferages,ordamages.

Fire Safety&Emergency; Preparedness

. Supportprocurement,installation,and maintenance offiresafetyequipmentinthe Corporate Office.

. Conductregularfiredrills,emergencyresponsetrainings,andawarenesssessionsforemployees.

. Monitorfiresafetyparameterscontinuouslyandcoordinateemergencyresponseserviceswithcontracted agencies.

Security Infrastructure&Maintenance;

. Overseemaintenanceofallsecurityandsurveillanceequipmentthroughcontractedagencies.

. Ensuretimelyservicing,functioning,andupkeepofsecurity-relatedsystemsandtools.

. Maintainaccurateregistersanddocumentationforsecurityandsafetycompliance.

Coordination&Supervision;

. Supervisecontractedsecuritystaffandensureadherencetocompanysecurityprotocols.

. Supportpre-employmentverificationchecksforhiredsecuritypersonnel.

. Reviewdailynight-roundreportsandmonitorongoingnightsecurityoperations.

Training

&Awareness;

. Providesecurity-relatedtrainingandon-the-jobguidancetocontractedstaff.

. Communicatesafetymeasureseffectivelyacrossemployeestobuildawarenessandreadinessduringemergencies.

Qualifications&Experience;:

Education

. Graduateinanydiscipline.

Experience

. Essential: 1-3yearsofexperienceincorporatesecurity,firesafety,orshipmentsecurityoperations,preferablyin logistics, aviation, or corporate office environments.

. Preferred: UnderstandingofSOPs,regulatorycomplianceinsecurityoperations,andcoordinationwithexternal agencies/vendors would be a plus.
