? Senior Production Engineer

What You’ll Do

- Lead end-to-end production of precision steel tubes.
- Drive productivity, quality, and process improvements.
- Manage drawing, annealing, pickling, straightening, and finishing operations.
- Optimize machine utilization, manpower, and production efficiency.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and 5S initiatives.





We’re Looking For

- B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7–8 years of experience in CDW/CDS precision steel tube manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with draw benches, annealing furnaces, pickling, tube finishing, and shop-floor operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from ISMT, Ratnamani Metals & Tubes, Maharashtra Seamless, Jindal, Goodluck India, Hi-Tech Pipes, Tube Investments of India, Surya Roshni, or other precision steel tube manufacturers will be preferred.
