Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required).
Work Model: In office (Face-to-Face Interview in Pune is mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (experience in the insurance domain is a plus).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English.
Problem-Solving: Strong customer-centric mindset with active listening and quick issue-resolution skills.
