We are seeking a highly skilled FEA Non-Linear Thermal Analysis Engineer with expertise in Hyper Works (Hyper Mesh & Hyper View), Abaqus, and Thermal Load Analysis to join our engineering team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality finite element models, performing non-linear thermal and structural simulations, and delivering engineering solutions for automotive components, preferably within exhaust and powertrain systems.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in meshing, post-processing, thermal loading, and non-linear analysis using industry-standard CAE tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality FE models using Hyper Mesh.
- Perform non-linear thermal and structural analyses using Abaqus.
- Execute thermal load simulations and evaluate component durability and performance.
- Conduct result visualization and post-processing using Hyper View.
- Correlate simulation results with design requirements and testing outcomes.
- Identify critical failure modes and recommend design improvements.
- Work closely with design, product development, and validation teams.
- Prepare technical reports and present simulation findings to stakeholders.
- Support product development activities within automotive programs.
