Job Description

We are looking for a UX Researcher whose observation and analytical skills can transform a product to suit users needs.

Research Responsibilities

- Conduct and evaluate primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research for apps and websites.
- Perform user interviews, usability tests, and domain research (both qualitative and quantitative) focused on digital products.
- Research and analyze demographics, market trends, and competition within the mobile and web space.
- Identify and use the best tools to document research progress.
- Use Figma effectively as part of the research workflow.

Social & Collaboration Responsibilities

- Be a people's person with robust interpersonal energy.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, team members, and users to encourage smooth collaboration.
- Understand project goals and articulate complex ideas persuasively during research.

Job Requirements





- Specialization in UX Research or a related field with minimum 1.5yrs to 3 years of full-time experience.
- Industry experience in planning and conducting: User interviews, Usability testing, Competition analysis, UX audits, Persona creation.
