Job Title Senior Engineer

- Engineering Grade E2 Location Thane Basic Eligibility Minimum Qualification Bachelor s Degree in Engineering Minimum Experience 5 years of relevant experience Role Responsibilities
- Plan activities and resources for assigned engineering projects
- Conduct site inspections of existing facilities and prepare GAP Analysis reports
- Carry out Factory Acceptance Tests FAT for equipment and systems
- Independently handle client technical queries comments in line with regulatory guidelines
- Travel to project sites as required
- Develop and review engineering deliverables such as layouts drawings and BOQs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams Process Utilities Civil HVAC CQV to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Support project documentation in compliance with international GMP and statutory regulations Technical Skills
- Solid knowledge of relevant local statutory compliance requirements




- Proven experience in leading project teams and managing timelines
- Sound understanding of Process and Utility equipment systems
- Working knowledge of International GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Ability to develop Concept and Basic Engineering Drawings and interpret layouts
- Preparation of URS specifications and BOQs for Utility Equipment and Piping systems
- Understanding of standards codes and guidelines applicable to Utility Equipment and Clean Utility systems Equipment sizing calculations and MOC selection for Piping and Fittings
- Development of treatment schemes for generation of clean utilities such as
- Plant Steam Compressed Air Nitrogen Oxygen Cooling Water Chilled Water Chilled Brine Hot Water etc
- Sizing of clean utility systems based on peak loads and preparation of design documentation
