You run generative image design and video tools fluently producing iterating and shipping at a pace manual work cant your interview youll walk us through your AI stack and show a portfolio of work youve actually produced with it. Designers who work only by hand arent a fit for this one. What you bring SOFTOBIZ WERE HIRING Design Lead Location: India (HQ) Reports to: Head of Marketing Experience: Up to 8 years Website graphics: All visual design for the site hero visuals section art illustrations and imagery on-brand and ready to ship. Design not development. Social creative: The visual feed across LinkedIn and Instagram a consistent high-frequency stream of on-brand graphics that keeps the cadence fed. Video: Edit and produce video with AI tools from short social cuts to brand pieces without a separate production house. Brand system: Keep everything true to the Softobiz visual system near-black purple glow mint accent across static and motion so the brand looks like one thing everywhere. Throughput: Move fast enough that design is never the bottleneck for a campaign a launch or a content push.
