We are hiring a Campus Manager to lead the school's launch and first admission season on the ground.This is not a desk job, and until the Principal joins in early 2027, it is the senior-most role on campus. You will own two things: the experience of every parent who walks through our gates, and the admissions funnel from first inquiry to confirmed admission.What you'll doMake the campus parent-ready every single day — and personally lead campus tours for prospective familiesOwn the inquiry-to-admission funnel end to end: counsel high-value inquiries, drive follow-ups, ensure zero leakage in the CRM. You will lead the admission counselling team to ensure proper follow ups and conversions taking place.Recruit, train, and driveon-field counsellor/marketing teamsBe the primary point of contact for parents — building trust, handling objections (fees, safety, hostel),
