If you combine sharp AR execution with intellectual curiosity and a builder's mindset, we want to talk.Core Responsibilities (Immediate) Order & Invoice ManagementExecute order processing and invoicing via Maxio and Salesforce with high accuracyEnsure billing data integrity and coordinate corrections when discrepancies ariseStrategic CollectionsMonitor aging reports and proactively follow up on past-due accountsHold professional, peer-level conversations with US-based Controllers and AP Managers to resolve payment barriersInvestigate root causes of non-payment and coordinate cross-team solutionsMonth-End & Finance SupportSupport AR-related month-end closing activitiesHelp calculate and validate commission-related data tied to billing and collectionsProcess Compliance & ExecutionFollow structured reminder/follow-up systems for high-balance and past-due accountsMaintain accurate records and documentation for collections and billing activitiesWritten CommunicationPrepare clear,
