Job Title Senior Amazon Marketplace Operations ManagerReporting To Amazon Business HeadLocation Neb Sarai, South Delhi (On-site)Role Objective Support the Amazon Business Head by independently managing the day-to-day operations of SOFTSPUN's Amazon marketplace business, ensuring smooth execution across catalogue management, inventory coordination, account health, product launches, reporting and cross-functional follow-up.This is an execution-focused role and does not involve ownership of Amazon advertising strategy, which is managed by the internal advertising team.Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Operations Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the Amazon account.Monitor Account Health, Voice of Customer and Performance Notifications.Resolve listing suppression and stranded inventory issues.Track reimbursements and Amazon claims.Monitor policy changes and ensure compliance.2. Catalogue Management Create new ASINs.Update existing listings.Coordinate image uploads.Upload A+ Content.Update Brand Store.Improve catalogue quality.Resolve listing errors and variation issues.3. Inventory Planning Daily inventory monitoring.Identify fast and slow moving SKUs.Coordinate replenishment with Production and Warehouse.Prevent stock-outs.Track ageing inventory.Monitor FBA inventory levels.4. New Product Launch Support Coordinate product launches.Ensure all content is ready before launch.Verify catalogue accuracy.Monitor launch performance.Coordinate inventory availability.5.
