Dear Candidate,Greetings from Sanmar Group!We are looking for Quality Head ( Machine Shop) with 15 - 20 years of experience for our plant located in Viralimalai, Trichy.To lead and drive the overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions for Machine Shop operations by ensuring product quality, process compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives in line with organizational and customer standards.Key Responsibilities :1. Establish and implement Quality Management systems.2. To aim for 100% defect free parts produced and despatched.3. To effectively handle customer queries/complainats.4. Monitor and review Quality control activities..Foundry & Machine Shop QualityMonitor quality parameters related to casting, machining, dimensional accuracy, heat treatment, and finishing.Ensure implementation of quality checks for raw materials, in-process inspection, and final inspection.Oversee calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing instruments.Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.Customer & Supplier QualityHandle customer audits, complaints,
