- Designing and delivering training programs and workshops.
- Conducting both in-person and virtual sessions.
- Adapting materials to different learning styles.

1. Technical Writing Experience:

- Creating transparent and accurate software documentation.
- Writing user manuals, API documentation, and release notes.

1. Proficiency in Key Tools:

- Confluence: Managing and organizing documentation.
- GitBook: Creating and publishing documentation.
- GitHub: Version control and collaboration.
- Streamyard: Live streaming and recording training sessions.
- Camtasia: Creating and editing training videos.
- Da Vinci Resolve: Video editing and production.
- JIRA: Project management and tracking.

Job Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

- Design and update technical training programs.
- Create engaging training materials.

- Conduct training sessions in various formats.
- Use Streamyard, Camtasia, and Da Vinci Resolve for content delivery.

1. Technical Writing:

- Produce and update technical documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy.

1. Tools Management:

- Use Confluence, GitBook, and GitHub for documentation and version control.
- Manage tasks and workflows with JIRA.

1. Continuous Improvement:

- Gather feedback to improve materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
