JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TOCA SDET (Software Development Engineer in

Test)

 4-5 years of experience as a Software Automation Engineer.

 TOSCA Automation Experience with framework developed at least for 1 complete applications

(End-End).

 TOSCA Certified professional AS1-AS2

 Experience in scripting

 Experience in Tosca Test suite with navigation and steering capabilities

 Hands on test case creation, management and execution of quality assurance testing, provide

oversight of business user acceptance testing

 Provide business abstraction of UI and API interfaces to enable non-programmers to do test

automation

 Provide estimates for test activities

 Provide mentoring, guidance to other members of the Testing team

 To implementation of the overall automation testing strategy, bring script standards and best

practices

 Should have strong experience in test automation software testing experience strong

 Should have good knowledge on software testing life cycle.

 knowledge on software development lifecycle and test automation

 In depth experience in writing detailed and accurate test cases, test scripts, and test results

 Experience with SQL and data retrieval from a relational database is a plus





 Collaborate with different teams to understand automation needs and implement the same

 Should be self-motivated and Ready to take ownership of the assigned work

 Being a team player that can deliver in a high pressure and high demanding environment

 Very good understanding of various SDLC process including agile development and testing.

 Ability to communicate in a precise and effective manner (verbal and written)

 Quick learners and excellent analytical skills

 Bachelors/Masters Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience

Technical Workplace – Win 8/ 10, Office 2013 and above, SQL Express 2012/ .Net, c #, SQL Server,

Client server technologies.
