Description
As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical vision and strategy for our department. You will lead a team of talented professionals, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of our telecom access and core network products. Your expertise in datacom, L2 forwarding, QoS, and other key areas will be instrumental in shaping our product development and enhancing our market position.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovations in the telecom sector.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance our development processes.
- Ensure the quality and performance of our software products through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document and maintain technical specifications, design documents, and other relevant artifacts.




- Participate in client meetings, provide technical expertise, and represent the company's interests.

Qualifications

- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics & Communications.
- 3-6 years of prior work experience as a SW developer or tester in Telecom Access or Core network products.
- Strong knowledge and domain experience in Datacom, L2 forwarding, QoS, VLAN, Redundancy, Resiliency, and L2 Protocols.
- Good understanding of IWF, SDKs, Network Processors, and Microcoding is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and Go.
- Experience with Test Automation tools like Robo and Python.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- A results-driven and proactive approach to work, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience in a similar leadership role or demonstrated potential for leadership and team management.
