Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve regional business objectives.

- Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks across the assigned territory.

- Build solid relationships with electricians, contractors, consultants, retailers, and institutional customers.

- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Execute market development initiatives and brand-building activities.

- Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

- Conduct regular business reviews and implement action plans for performance improvement.

- Ensure effective sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Required Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in Channel Sales within the LV Switchgear, Electrical Products, Wiring Devices, MCB, RCCB, Distribution Boards, or related electrical industry.





- Strong experience in handling distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.

- Proven track record of driving regional sales growth and market expansion.

- Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong network within the electrical trade ecosystem.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and channel management skills.

- Experience managing Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and distributor networks.

- Prior experience as a State Sales Head, Regional Sales Head, or in a similar leadership role is preferred.

- Strong analytical, business development, and leadership capabilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification (Preferred)
