Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboard Development

- Design and develop reports using:
- Web Intelligence (WebI)
- Crystal Reports
- Analysis for Office
- SAP Lumira (where applicable)

- Create ad hoc reporting solutions for business users.
- Develop complex queries, calculations, variables, and report formatting
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reports.

SAP BI Platform Administration

- Install, configure, and administer SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 / BI 2025.
- Manage CMS repositories, FRS servers, and server groups.
- Configure authentication mechanisms:
- Monitor platform health and availability.

Migration & Upgrade Activities

- Participate in migrations from:

- BO 4.2 to BO 4.3
- BO 4.3 to BI 2025

- Validate report compatibility and regression testing.
- Perform repository migration and content promotion
- Develop rollback and cutover strategies.

Security & Governance

- Implement role-based security models.
- Manage users, groups, and folder-level permissions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance policies.
- Support audit and access-control reviews.

Performance Optimization

- Analyze report and query performance.
- Optimize Universes, SQL generation, and report scheduling.
- Configure caching and server tuning.
- Troubleshoot production performance issues.

Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
