Role Overview ::
The Chief of Staff (CoS) to the CEO will serve as a strategic thought partner and
execution leader, enabling the CEO to effectively drive KSSL’s strategic priorities
across defence,
aerospace, and strategic systems businesses. This role sits at the
intersection of strategy, business units performance, operations, governance,
and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across business units and
functional leaders while accelerating decision -making and execution.
The role requires a high -trust, high -impact leader with strong strategic acumen,
operational rigor, and the ability to operate in a confidential, complex, and
nationally sensitive environment.
Experience ::
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, corporate development,
defence/aerospace, manufacturing, or CEO/Chairman’s Office roles.
• Prior experience working closely with CXOs, founders, or Board -level
stakeholders.
• Strong exposure to defence, aerospace, strategic manufacturing,
government -regulated industries, or complex program environments
is highly desirable
