Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and concepts for real estate projects

- Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design alignment

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations

- Oversee project design from concept to execution

- Conduct site visits and support construction teams during execution

- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and interior designers

- Review and approve design changes and project documentation

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of architectural design principles

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
