Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Executive – Client Operations to manage client onboarding, KYC, documentation, and day-to-day operational support. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless client servicing, maintain accurate records, and coordinate effectively with advisory and operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage client onboarding, KYC, and documentation accurately and within timelines.
- Support Wealth Advisors in client servicing and transaction execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
- Coordinate with operations, advisory, and specialist teams for smooth execution.




- Ensure adherence to client servicing standards and response timelines.
- Assist in estate planning and other client operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
