Interior Designer /Site Supervisor

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Interior Designer / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, planning, and executing interior projects while coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams. This role provides an excellent prospect to work on complete interior design projects from concept development to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Planning: Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, layouts, working drawings, and presentations.
- Create execution drawings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure all designs comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Site Supervision & Project Execution: Conduct site visits, measurements, and project inspections.
- Supervise on-site execution and monitor workmanship quality.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and timelines.
- Client & Vendor Coordination: Understand client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
- Present design concepts and proposals during client meetings.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and project execution.
- Maintain effective communication among clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Material & Cost Management: Research new materials, finishes, and design trends.
- Assist in material selection and procurement.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material comparison sheets.
- Maintain vendor and material databases.





Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other interior design software.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and architectural concepts.
- Experience in site execution and project coordination.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good command of English.

Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Preferred Candidate Profile 1–2 years of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Creative mindset with excellent visualization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for site visits whenever required.

Employment Terms & Conditions

- Initial 3-month probation period with full salary and applicable company benefits.
- 45-day notice period after successful completion of probation.
- One-month salary security deposit, refundable as per company policy.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company, client, vendor, and project information.
- Employees shall not contact or solicit company clients, vendors, or business contacts after leaving the organization without written approval.
- Must be willing to travel within or outside Ahmedabad for project execution, client meetings, site supervision, measurements, and vendor coordination.
- Official travel expenses, including accommodation and transportation, will be reimbursed as per company policy.
- Compliance with all company policies and professional standards is mandatory.
