Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team at Mecon Technology — a leading CNC machine manufacturer. The ideal candidate will handle incoming inquiries from platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia, contact potential clients, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming sales inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other platforms.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain CNC machine products and services.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate call and lead records.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales deals.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for quotations and order processing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
