This role is essential in helping our clients IT professionals actively seeking full-time employment in the USA secure job opportunities by marketing their profiles, submitting applications, and facilitating interview processes. The ideal candidate must be highly proactive, goal-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure our clients land suitable roles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Profile Marketing & Job Application:
- Strategically market job seekers' profiles to prospective employers.
- Apply for relevant positions on their behalf to maximize interview opportunities.
- Interview & Assessment Coordination:
- Arrange Online Assessments (OA) and schedule interviews promptly.




- Keep candidates informed and prepared to avoid missing any assessment or interview.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with job seekers to ensure they remain actively engaged in the hiring process.
- Provide guidance and support throughout their job search journey.
- Tracking & Follow-Up:
- Monitor job application progress and follow up with clients until successful placement.
- Ensure seamless coordination between job seekers and hiring companies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Freshers Can apply.
- 1+ years of experience in Bench Sales/IT Staffing & Recruiting (preferred).
- Robust understanding of job portals, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
