Job Title: Account & Taxation Executive

Job Summary- company is looking for an experienced Account & Taxation Executive to manage accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in direct and indirect taxation, accounting, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to independently handle end-to-end taxation and accounting responsibilities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting activities, bookkeeping, and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, partnership firms, LLPs, and companies.
- Handle GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and statutory filings.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and assist in the finalization of accounts.
- Conduct and support Tax Audits and maintain audit documentation.
- Handle Direct Tax Assessments, departmental notices, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate and assist in Direct Tax Litigation and assessment proceedings.
- Ensure timely compliance with TDS, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.




- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Stay updated with changes in Income Tax, GST, and other applicable tax laws.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or Semi-Qualified CA preferred.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Taxation.
- Robust knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, Tax Audits, Financial Statements, and Statutory Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
