Job Title: Female Ultrasound Typist / Sonography Reporting Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Ultrasound Typist / Reporting Assistant for our female-oriented ultrasound centre in Gurgaon. The candidate will assist the doctor by typing ultrasound findings in real time during scans and preparing reports for final review and signature.

Key Responsibilities:

- Type ultrasound findings accurately while the doctor performs the scan.
- Prepare and format ultrasound reports using predefined templates.
- Enter patient demographic details and examination information.
- Print and organize reports for final verification by the doctor.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Ensure timely completion of reports to support smooth patient flow.

Requirements:

- Female candidate preferred.
- Experience in ultrasound reporting,



radiology typing, or medical transcription preferred.
- Positive English typing speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with ultrasound terminology and abbreviations.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with MS Word or reporting software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Work Profile:

- Dedicated ultrasound typing role only.
- No reception, billing, or front desk responsibilities.
- Approximately 20 ultrasound examinations per day.

Preferred Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in a diagnostic centre, radiology clinic, or hospital ultrasound department.
