Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive large-account acquisition and revenue growth for our Payment Gateway business. The role involves managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, building CXO-level relationships, and closing strategic partnerships across high-value sectors such as e-commerce, travel, insurance, healthcare, and large marketplaces.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B enterprise sales within fintech/payments and a deep understanding of payment processing, reconciliation, settlements, and merchant onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new enterprise merchant acquisition for Payment Gateway and value-added services.
- Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, solutioning, commercial structuring, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, business heads, and key decision-makers.
- Work closely with product, tech,
and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live.
- Own and deliver volume targets from enterprise merchants.
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities (payouts, WhatsApp payments, orchestration, etc.).
- Maintain strong market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.

Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of B2B sales experience; minimum 3+ years in fintech/payments/payment gateway sales.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
- Solid understanding of:
- Payment ecosystem
- Acquiring banks & TSP models
- Settlement cycles
- Reconciliation & chargebacks
- RBI and NPCI compliance basics
- Experience handling RFPs and complex commercial negotiations.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
