Job Title: Sales Engineer – Instrumentation (2–5 Years Experience)

BR Instrumentation & Controls is a growing manufacturer of water flow meters, industrial instrumentation systems, and automation solutions . We are expanding our technical sales team to strengthen our market presence and accelerate revenue growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with a strong instrumentation background who can understand customer requirements, propose technical solutions, and convert opportunities into orders. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically sound, and confident in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads for flow meters, instrumentation products, and automation solutions.
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Conduct site visits, product demos, and technical discussions with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, and end users.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution,



documentation, and after-sales support.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial instrumentation sales (flow meters preferred).
- Strong understanding of flow measurement technologies (Turbine, Vortex, Electromagnetic, Ultrasonic, etc.).
- Ability to read P&IDs;, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Skills

- Experience selling to OEMs, EPCs, and process industries (Water, Chemical, Pharma, Food, HVAC, etc.).
- Knowledge of automation systems, PLC/SCADA basics.
- Existing customer network in instrumentation domain.
