We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring efforts across multiple business units The ideal candidate has a proven track record of filling high-impact roles strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to design and execute scalable hiring strategies This role will partner closely with business leaders to attract top talent and ensure a world-class candidate experience Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level positions across diverse functions Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards social channels networking and market mapping Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles Conduct thorough screening evaluate candidate fit and coordinate interview processes 5 26Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in industry Robust experience with modern ATS tools and sourcing platforms LinkedIn Recruiter etc Proven ability to fill senior or niche roles in fast-paced environments Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret hiring metrics and market trends Nice-to-Have Experience working in a high-growth or multinational environment Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Work Location In person
