We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in the transport industry The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience handling end-to-end HR operations and must be familiar with the challenges and requirements of workforce management in logistics transport Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for drivers and employees Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely accurate disbursement Handle attendance management and maintain proper HR records Address and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner Drive performance management processes for drivers and staff Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Requirements Graduate Postgraduate in HR or related field 2-4 years of HR experience in the transport logistics industry mandatory Solid understanding of HR functions including recruitment payroll grievance handling and performance evaluation Excellent communication problem-solving and people management skills Preferable male candidate Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
