Human Capital Our Human Capital team helps Deloitte client service teams support value creation through people s performance We guide teams in reimagining work the workforce and the workplace across the enterprise and help in transforming HR functions with AI and emerging technology With the rapid pace of change in today s world you will help provide insights and enable delivery to address questions such as How do organizations access develop and motivate their workforce What should the AI strategy be for the HR function Do they have the right organization and culture to enable performance Join our team to help make work better for humans and humans better at work Position Summary Level Senior Consultant As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting you will design develop and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments You will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables independently guiding and mentoring junior team members Your role spans the full project lifecycle including estimation planning execution and tracking key metrics for analysis ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions Work you ll do As a Moveworks Developer Engineer at Deloitte you will play a pivotal role in designing developing and deploying intelligent automation solutions using the Moveworks platform You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Moveworks with enterprise systems drive API-based integrations and enable large-scale digital transformation for our clients Your expertise will guide teams through complex development cycles ensuring seamless connectivity between Moveworks and leading enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle and Kronos Solution Development Design build and maintain Moveworks automation work ows and conversational AI solutions tailored to client requirements API Integration Develop and manage robust API-based integrations between Moveworks and enterprise platforms e g ServiceNow Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle Kronos Technical Leadership Guide and mentor project teams on integration best practices troubleshooting and solution optimization Collaboration Work closely with business analysts architects and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Quality Assurance Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices and Deloitte standards Continuous Improvement Stay current with Moveworks platform updates and emerging integration technologies to recommend process enhancements The team The HR Strategy Technology team is a core component of our Human Capital practice -
