Job Opening Civil Engineer B E Civil - 4 Years Experience Company Backbone Construction Pvt Ltd Location Rajkot Employment Type Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer with a B E Civil degree and minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution quality control planning and coordination with contractors and consultants Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site execution and ensure work quality as per standards Prepare and verify bar bending schedules measurements and daily progress reports Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and vendors Ensure compliance with drawings BOQ and project specifications Monitor resources manpower materials and machinery Assist in project planning scheduling and billing-related work Ensure safety protocols and quality norms on site Communicate effectively with project managers and clients Required Qualifications B E Civil Engineering mandatory Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in building infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and site management Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and basic project planning tools Ability to read drawings and execute work as per technical specifications Skills Required Excellent communication and leadership skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong organisational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Salary As per industry standards Based on experience Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
