We are seeking a highly motivated Site Engineer to join our team and support the successful delivery of construction projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site technical guidance quality control safety compliance and ensuring that work is completed on time and within specifications Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed according to project plans and standards Provide technical advice and resolve any engineering issues that arise on site Monitor construction progress and maintain detailed site reports logs and documentation Conduct quality inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet required specifications Coordinate with contractors subcontractors suppliers and project managers Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed and conduct regular site safety checks Interpret drawings plans and specifications and communicate requirements to the site team Assist with project scheduling planning and cost control activities Prepare reports on progress issues and potential risks Support the implementation of engineering solutions to improve efficiency and quality Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Engineering or Diploma in related field Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry Strong understanding of construction methods materials and regulations Proficient in AutoCAD MS Office and other engineering software e g Revit Primavera optional Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Robust attention to detail and organizational skills Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Application Question s Expected salary What is your earliest possible joining date Experience work 3 years Required civil work 2 years Required Interior design 1 year Preferred Language English Tamil Required Work Location In person
