Pay 35 000 00- 40 000 00 per month Senior Accountant cum Manager Location 1 Pocket C Sector 17 Dwarka Dwarka Delhi 110075 Department Finance Administration Reports to Managing Director Key Responsibilities Manage complete accounting cycle including journal entries general ledger accounts receivable payable reconciliations and finalization of accounts Prepare and analyze financial statements MIS reports and cash flow statements on a monthly quarterly basis Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST TDS Income Tax PF ESI and other regulatory filings Oversee payroll processing employee reimbursements and expense management Monitor budgets cost control and financial forecasting Liaise with auditors tax consultants and banks for smooth financial operations Implement and maintain accounting systems ERP and internal controls Backend Management Administration Manager role Supervise day-to-day backend operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments Lead and manage documentation processes filing systems and record maintenance physical digital Oversee vendor management procurement and contract documentation Ensure timely reporting correspondence and follow-ups with clients vendors and stakeholders Support senior management in policy implementation and compliance monitoring Train and guide junior staff in accounting processes and office procedures Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles taxation and financial regulations Proficiency in Tally ERP MS Excel and accounting software exposure to ERP systems preferred Analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy Strong leadership team management and multitasking skills Excellent communication reporting and documentation abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills under deadlines Ability to design and streamline backend processes for efficiency Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Master s degree in Commerce Finance or Accounting 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management Prior experience in managing backend admin operations will be an added advantage Why Join Us Chance to lead both finance backend management Exposure to cross-functional operations and decision-making Growth-oriented environment with professional development opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
