Deep understanding of adult learning theory ADDIE SAM and proven ability to design complex technical assessments and learning modules Strong professional editing and writing background with the ability to ensure technical accuracy clarity and grammatical precision Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management specifically the ability to partner with Subject Matter Experts to translate technical specs into educational content Proficiency in managing content within LMS platforms and a solid understanding of SCORM xAPI standards for eLearning deployment What Will Make You Stand Out Preferred Qualifications Solid foundational knowledge of cybersecurity engineering or cloud-based technologies like threat intelligence or incident response Hands-on proficiency with AI-driven content
