Key Responsibilities Greet customers and listen to their service needs or complaints Open job cards and record details accurately in the system Provide service cost estimates and get customer approval Coordinate with workshop technicians and monitor service progress Update customers regarding job status additional work and delivery timelines Ensure vehicles are delivered on time after proper quality checks Handle warranty claims and explain the coverage to customers if applicable Maintain service records and follow up with customers for feedback Promote service offers AMC Annual Maintenance Contracts and accessories Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the Service Manager if required Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 26 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Diploma Preferred Experience Customer relationship management 1 year Required Work Location In person
