We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with a strong technical background and proven sales experience The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound outbound calls understanding customer requirements preparing and following up on quotations pursuing leads and converting prospects into customers The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills strong negotiation abilities and the capability to explain technical products services clearly Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries Understand technical product service details and explain them effectively to customers Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and send them promptly Follow up on quotations leads and ongoing opportunities Maintain a high level of pursuit and ensure consistent follow-ups until closure Convert leads into sales by building strong customer relationships Maintain and update customer records in CRM or internal database Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customized solutions Achieve weekly monthly sales targets and performance metrics Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience as a Telecaller Sales Executive or similar role Robust communication and interpersonal skills Excellent persuasion negotiation and follow-up abilities Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to customers Proficiency in MS Office CRM software or reporting tools Strong closing skills and ability to meet sales targets Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Diploma Degree in a technical field Engineering IT Electronics etc Experience in B2B or industrial sales is an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
