About the Role We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage our finance and accounting operations The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in GST TDS accounting standards and statutory compliance preferably with prior experience working in an Audit Firm Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements ledgers and reports Handle GST filing TDS calculations returns reconciliation and other statutory compliances Coordinate and support internal external audits and maintain documentation Monitor cash flow budgeting cost control and forecasting Ensure compliance with company policies accounting standards and statutory laws Oversee accounts payable receivable payroll and bank reconciliations Work closely with management for financial planning and reporting Required Skills Experience Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance MBA CA Inter preferred Minimum 2-5 years of experience in finance accounts roles Prior experience in an Audit Firm is highly preferred Solid knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax and statutory compliance Proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP Zoho Books QuickBooks etc Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills Good communication and reporting skills Salary Range Based on experience and industry standards Benefits Professional growth and learning opportunities Friendly work environment Performance-based incentives if applicable How to Apply Interested candidates can share their updated resume at hr maharath com Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
