Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally software Should have complete knowledge of Tally Software indepth and should have worked on inventory in Tally Daily use of Advanced Excel Record financial transactions including purchases sales receipts and payments Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax GST returns accurately and timely Calculate deduct and file Tax Deducted at Source TDS returns in compliance with statutory requirements Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Manage the end-to-end accounting process including general ledger journal entries and financial statements Ensure timely closing of monthly quarterly and annual books of accounts Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed Prepare and present financial reports budgets and forecasts to management Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST TDS and other statutory returns Handle statutory audits tax audits and liaise with auditors and consultants Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and ensure company compliance Manage banking relationships oversee transactions and ensure bank reconciliations are done regularly and accurately Monitor accounts receivable and collections ensuring timely recovery Supervise accounts payable and vendor payments in line with credit terms Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically Coordinate with store and production teams for real-time inventory updates Monitor stock movement prevent pilferage and ensure accurate inventory records Implement inventory control mechanisms and reconcile stock regularly Oversee sales and purchase billing ensuring proper documentation and GST compliance Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoice generation and dispatch Manage employee salary processing including statutory deductions PF ESI TDS Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and ensure timely disbursement In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards GST and Income Tax laws Strong analytical and problem-solving skill Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
