Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable receivable bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny Manage budgeting forecasting and variance analysis Ensure compliance with GST TDS and other statutory requirements Liaise with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits Support inventory and stock-related financial controls Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits Assist in improving internal controls and financial processes Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance or Accounting Min 1-3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry Strong understanding of accounting principles taxation and compliance Proficient in Tally MS Excel and financial ERP systems Positive interpersonal and communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
