growing project management and consultancy firm specializing in interiors construction infrastructure - adjust as relevant We deliver high-quality project execution services with a focus on time cost and quality control Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive BOQ Quantity Surveyor to prepare verify and manage Bills of Quantities for our projects The candidate will play a key role in cost estimation tendering and ensuring budget compliance throughout project execution Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities BOQ cost estimates and material take-offs from drawings and specifications Assist in tender documentation and bid evaluation Coordinate with the design procurement and execution teams to ensure BOQ accuracy Monitor project costs and prepare periodic cost control reports Verify contractor subcontractor invoices against BOQ and actual work done Update BOQs as per change orders or revised designs Support the Project Management team in budget planning and forecasting Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree Diploma in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying Construction Management 2-5 years of experience in BOQ preparation estimation and cost control preferably in interiors construction Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel and estimation software Strong knowledge of construction materials rates and specifications Excellent analytical and documentation skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
