Store Assistant will support day-to-day store operations maintain inventory records assist with stock handling and ensure smooth functioning of the store Basic computer knowledge is required for data entry stock updates and documentation Key Responsibilities Assist in receiving checking and storing incoming materials Maintain accurate records of stock in the system Issue materials to departments as per requirement and update inventory Ensure proper labeling arrangement and cleanliness of store items Conduct regular stock counting and assist in monthly annual inventory audits Update stock register GRN entries and maintain proper documentation Coordinate with vendors housekeeping and other departments when required Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Store Incharge Assist in preparing purchase requests or indent forms Follow safety and company guidelines in store operations Required Skills Qualifications Minimum qualification 10th 12th pass or as per company requirement Basic computer knowledge MS Excel MS Word email data entry Ability to organize materials and maintain accurate records Positive communication and coordination skills Physically fit to handle loading unloading tasks when required Honest responsible and able to work independently Experience 0-2 years Freshers can apply if willing to learn Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 9 000 00 - 13 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
